Resumo

O cenário empresarial contemporâneo exige que organizações integrem eficiência operacional, tecnologia e práticas ESG para se manterem competitivas. Este artigo propõe o framework Lean 4.0 ESG, uma estrutura integrada que sistematiza a união entre os princípios do Lean Manufacturing, as tecnologias da Indústria 4.0 e parâmetros de Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG). A metodologia fundamentou-se em revisão sistemática da literatura de caráter exploratório e qualitativo, analisando publicações entre 2016 e 2026. Os resultados apresentam um modelo estruturado, onde a Indústria 4.0 fornece infraestrutura tecnológica, o Lean otimização da eficiência operacional e o ESG definições de diretrizes de valor compartilhado e sustentabilidade. A discussão aponta que a integração tecnológica mitiga o greenwashing ao fornecer métricas imutáveis e auditáveis, transformando a sustentabilidade em vantagem competitiva. Conclui-se que o framework Lean 4.0 ESG oferece um roteiro estratégico de resiliência empresarial, permitindo que produtividade e impacto socioambiental positivo coexistam de forma sinérgica e transparente.
