Resumen
El panorama empresarial contemporáneo exige que las organizaciones integren eficiencia operativa, tecnología y prácticas ESG para mantenerse competitivas. Este artículo propone el framework Lean 4.0 ESG, una estructura integrada que sistematiza la unión entre los principios de Lean Manufacturing, las tecnologías de la Industria 4.0 y los parámetros Ambientales, Sociales y de Gobernanza (ESG). La metodología se basó en una revisión sistemática de la literatura de carácter exploratorio y cualitativo, analizando publicaciones entre 2016 y 2024. Los resultados presentan un modelo estructurado donde la Industria 4.0 proporciona la infraestructura tecnológica, el Lean optimiza la eficiencia operativa y el ESG define las directrices de valor compartido y sostenibilidad. La discusión señala que la integración tecnológica mitiga el greenwashing al proporcionar métricas inmutables y auditables, transformando la sostenibilidad en una ventaja competitiva. Se concluye que el framework Lean 4.0 ESG ofrece una hoja de ruta estratégica para la resiliencia empresarial, permitiendo que la productividad y el impacto socioambiental positivo coexistan de forma sinérgica y transparente.
